OUR MAINTENANCE SUPPORT

Our maintenance and parts support ensures that the aircraft is always in its best condition to operate, in terms of safety, comfort and economy.

We have a large stockpile of parts and equipment in our head office as well as our regional bases in JAKARTA and MEDAN in Indonesia. Our aircrafts in this region are maintained by them. We also have maintenance bases in Sri Lanka and Africa.

Our maintenance support covers line maintenance, base maintenance including scheduled (A and B checks) and unscheduled checks. Heavy checks and maintenance for our crafts are carried out by our contracted maintenance providers who by themselves are reputable companies.

We also carry out component monitoring on a broad range pf pneumatic and hydraulic components, including undercarriage gear and brakes, engine driven pumps, fuel pumps and valves, air-conditioning components, mechanical flight control actuators and throttles air-driven pumps/air turbine motors, fuel flow, fuel and oil pressure pumps and others. Our engineers are always on hand to ensure that the aircraft is always operationally ready. Under the ACMI lease package, all costs are inclusive and our customers are not charged any extra for the maintenance or for aircraft to be airworthy condition.  We are proud to say that our safety record has been perfect.
